From when I first let out my cottage in Fishhoek, I always found that you were extremely prompt, efficient, & so pleasant to deal with. You were always my first & only choice, when there was a change in tenants. From finding suitable tenants to taking care of the deposit on my behalf, all aspects were quickly & efficiently taken care of, & I can truly say that I was so sad to hear that you had left the area, just from my own point of view. Anything you promised to do, or find out, was always done without hesitation. I never had to worry about anything - your service was over & beyond!
