This letter serves to confirm that my Property in 3 Tobago Way, Capri is rented out and managed by Elaine Fourie the owner of Pegasus Properties.

My dealings with her have been incredibly professional. She is helpful, organised & responds to any queries made either by me the Landlord or the Tenant immediately. The rent is always paid on time into my bank account every month.
