I met Elaine only 8 months ago and wished I had met her sooner because of her efficiency which I was amazed at, as I have not experienced that in any other Estate Agents with whom I have dealt with in the 2 years since being back in South Africa. Elaine certainly goes the extra mile which I have not seen in other Agents. She is "customer service" orientated which is a rarity these days. We were kept informed at all times in the different stages of the process of renting and really looked after "our" interests as a tenant and I am sure it was the same for the Landlady. It was a great pleasure to do business with Elaine as she went out of her way to find the right place for us and it was done in such a friendly manner always very pleasant even when under pressure. We will definitely use her services again without a doubt and would highly recommend that you use her services for which you will not be sorry!
