I have known Elaine de Swart since 2005.
Elaine took over our property rental which was in a total shambles due to the
incompetence Of another estate agent. Elaine undertook to sort out the mess
and she did so!
The task was daunting, with the Municipal Account in arrears and tenant
would who had not paid the rent and left the property in a total shambles.
When Elaine moved to R.Properties I moved our rentals with her and
continued to receive excellent service.
Elaine is pro-active and certainly goes the extra mile. She is customer service
orientated which is a rarity these days. Elaine is also honest and ethical and
kept me informed at all times.
I would not hesitate to appoint Elaine as a rental agent.
It is certainly disappointing that Elaine has left and I am
concemed regarding the service levels going forward.
I wish Elaine everything of the best.
