Elaine De Swardt, under the employ of R. Properties, has been the rental agent
for my property at 2l Turquoise Way Noordhoek since February 2006.
In all my dealings with Elaine I have found her to be extremely skilled and efficient in
her work. She has always been very helpful, and more than willing to assist wherever she
can. I have dealt with a number of rental agents over a period of 7 years and I have found
