Elaine Fourie started her property career in 1999 after working at the bank for many years. She started off at a small property industry in Simon's Town doing Sectional Title Management and the administration of a small letting portfolio. In 2003 the owner sold the business with her as "part of the package" to a well-known property group in the South Peninsula where she was doing residential letting and administration of a large portfolio stretching from Simon's Town to Lakeside. This included Sectional Title Management for approximately 12 buildings.
Having built a name for herself, she was approached by a national property franchise group to start a letting portfolio in Fish Hoek, Simon's Town, Noordhoek, Kommetjie and surrounds. After writing 75 new properties in record time, the Franchisor saw it fit for her to own her own franchise. She undertook a Sales Course and commenced Residential Property Sales, whilst continuing to manage a large Letting Portfolio as well as Sectional Title Management of a few blocks of flats.
